Orders are normally dispatched within 1-2 working days by Second Class Post in the U.K.
£1.00 Post and Packaging U.K. only. All European/World Wide orders are now sent by International Signed For Airmail. There has been an increase in the shipping charge to cover this cost, but your goods are now insured against loss or damage. Overseas customers ordering for the first time will have their orders held until their credit card details and address are confirmed by Barclays Merchant Services. All orders will be dispatched within 14 days, unless otherwise informed. DAMAGED ORDERS. Any damages must be reported within 5 working days of receiving your order. Royal Mail may request that the damaged items be posted to them for further investigation. Please make a note of the date and time of your delivery if this is possible. Damaged items will be replaced.

A full refund will be given once the goods are received. The customer must obtain proof of posting from the Post Office. The cost of returning the goods is payable by the customer.
